Are We Still Going In a Circle?

*I had a couple jokes I was going to start this post off with, but decided against them, because they were raunchy and I didn't want anyone to take offense. So! Thank me for being considerate!

Tonight I did something I never thought possible...I was the DD.

A friend of Dana's was in town and the friend, we'll call Nicoal, dates a guy, Josh, who is in a local band. Josh's band was playing in a town that was 30 north east of campus, and the girls wanted to know if I wanted to go along. Since I was feeling good for the first time in two weeks (meaning: I only have headaches now), and they said they weren't going to drink much I decided to go along with them. The $5 cover charge, however, made them decide that instead of not drinking much, and besides, Sunshine can't drink because she's on medication, they CAN drink a lot. And, they did.

They also danced, and made me come out on the floor with them**... but hey, they were drinking for our cover charge and I was getting all the diet Coke I wanted. I also got to meet members of not only Nicoal's boy's band, but also the other local band they were playing with. Both rocked, by the way, because they did a myriad of musical selections. Everything from AC/DC to Bryan Adams to Garth Brooks--even Rick Springfield. NOW--you tell me if that doesn't rock!

At the end of the evening (er, morning) I make everyone take a pit stop, then Dana and Nicoal get in Nicoal's car while I get into the driver's seat. Everything is going well until we take the exit to get into campus. Apparently, Dana decided to lie down in the backseat and well, she was a little wasted. About a mile or two after the exit Dana announces: ARE WE STILL GOING IN A CIRCLE? All I could do was shake my head--she was WASTED. I finally dropped everyone off and came home. I just got out of the shower and am now ready to lie down in my nice, warm, comfy bed... ahh...and sleep in until NOON! Then go to work...blah.

**There's a story here about some lesbians who were trying to get me to bump and grind with them, but that's a post for another day...my head hurts too much right now to finish the story.
