MMMMM...

After a full day of shopping I just made my favorite sandwich ever. I don't eat a lot of sandwhiches using bread...Wanna know how to make the Sunshine sandwich?

SUNSHINE SANDWICH
2 pieces of wheat bread
A small dab of light butter
1 slice of American cheese
A jar of pickles.

Put butter on one side of one piece of bread. Put cheese on top of butter. Pack as many pickles as you want on top of the cheese. Then, place the other piece of bread on top of the rest of the sandwich. Smash down and ENJOY! This tastes like cheese puffs to me!

Other small versions of this sandwich are:

BRIGHT SUNSHINE SANDWICH
2 pieces of wheat bread
small tbsp. of light ranch dressing
1 piece of turkey
1 slice of American, Swiss or Farmer's cheese (optional--I don't always add it)
A jar of pickles.

Spread ranch on one slice of bread. Add turkey (and cheese if you wish) then pile on the pickles and other slice of bread.

OTHER VERSIONS
I sometimes add tomatoes, onions, black olives, or lettuce--depending on if I want to make it a sub or not. And, sometimes I substitute the ranch for yellow or Denison mustard.

FOR THE RECORD
I have eaten peanut butter and pickle sandwhiches before. They're okay, but I like peanut butter and banana sandwiches better.
