Lesson on Cell Phone Etiquette...

Ok, maybe I'm wrong here, but don't most people get a cell phone so that when they're somewhere other than home, they can be reached?

Well, I had to call my mom because we had a huge power surge about 15 minutes ago and when the electricity came back on, everything was going off, and the fish tanks were backed up...I don't know how to fix them! So, I try and call her---using my cell phone even--and I hear her cell phone going off in the window sill!

I believe cell phone etiquette says that if you're going to be gone, and you're at a place where you can recieve calls, you should take the cell phone. Especially when you chew your daughter out for forgetting her cell phone a couple days ago.
