I haven't seen my back yard since the day we moved into our house on December 1. Since that time, there has either been a fine layer of ice, sleet or snow (sometimes all three) on the ground.
In the garden area in our back yard, the sun melts the snow from the plants and it looks like creamed peas.
I would much rather our yard look like the jolly green giant.
