So, since everyone was bugging me to start a diet with them for a year I did it. And, the one lifestyle change that I made was eating breakfast again. Yes, yours truly is eating a bowl of cereal each morning, even though she hates milk. But, do you know what I've found out? I'm not as hungry as I used to be when I skipped breakfast and I have a lot more energy. I wish I had done this years ago, like when I was in Tae Kwon Do training and needed the extra energy, but I was too naive.
