My neck is stiff and sore today, I'm blaming it on lack of doing yoga for a couple days...well, that and my shoulder has been tense from not working out. But, then again, I feel like crap (I'm tired, my head hurts and my stomach feels funky), so it could just be from feeling like utter crap.
Nothing else is really going on...no funny stories, nothing...hmmm....maybe I'll have to make something up, later...
