I went and bought The Omaha World Herald and The Sioux City Journal this morning to look at want ads. Between the two papers, there was only ONE job that I was half-way interested in! Ha! I wish I had already gotten my master's degree, this job search would be so much easier, because I would be able to teach at the college level already--which is what I want to do (well, besides write.) I'm willing to take a copywriting job, but can't seem to find any openings around here. Oh well. I still have a little time, and hopefully I'll hear back from USD or Ole Miss one of these days.

I was supposed to be at an auction right now, with my dad and one of my brothers. It's 52 degrees out with a swift north wind and it's drizzling, so I decided to come back home. There wasn't anything on the auction that I wanted or needed anyway. I went garage saling yesterday in Denison and didn't find anything, either. I don't know what it was I was looking for, but I just like to shop! I mean, who doesn't?!

Oh, and I've been reading my English Journal from NCTE, and did you know that ?! is called an interrobang? Well, you do now!
