Red in the Face

I finally went and checked my mail at the post office and I had a letter from Brandi! It's good to know that she's doing well down in Alabama, even though I miss her.

On a nice note, I don't have to go to my parent's until either Friday night or Saturday morning. I have PT at 2:30 Friday, and will decide that day when I'm going home. If I'm in a lot of pain, like today, I won't. I'm doing VERY well not taking my pain meds, but dude, if I have a weak moment, I might just have to grab one.

To take away my boredom, I was thinking of baking some bread, bars or cookies tomorrow. Unfortunately I'm out of chocolate chips and white soy milk, so I need something interesting to make. I do have chocolate soy milk to cook with, which could be interesting, and egg beaters instead of real eggs. Any ideas out there?

Still job hunting! I'm hoping it's rabbit season! :)
