Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting

Why is everyone so proud of me for going back to school, but the people who should be? Doc Pike told me how proud she was of me, and how happy she is. For some reason this woman has become my surrogate mother with the school stuff. She told me today, anyone can take anything they want away from me, EXCEPT my education. That made so much sense to me--and it made me feel so good. Jerry said about the same thing this morning at PT. =) That put me into such a great mood.

Then I came home, and I was exhausted, so I took a nap and missed the news. I'm still tired and lathargic, I even escaped talking to a boy tonight, because I'm too pissy--didn't want him to see that side of me. Maybe it's because they're weaning me off of my pain medication, or maybe it's the time change, or maybe it's getting home late last night. Then again, I was really looking forward to the concert last night, and now that it's over I really don't have anything else to look forward to. Oh well.
